Sustainability

"Magical creations that promote the respect and well-being of the human being, society and nature."|

The search for the well-being of people and the environment and transparency in our work have been a thousand stone of our company. We are currently committed to the transformation of our management processes, based on the development of a Social Responsibility strategy focused on the generation of plans for human development and the mitigation of environmental impact, in our activities.

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are our rudder to generate added value throughout our value chain, and the adoption of internationally validated indicators will be the instrument that will allow us to share our achievements in the years to come.

01

Commitment

with the human being

Our employees and their families are our priority. Through our actions we contribute to their economic growth, and human development, offering earnings, wages, and benefits above the law; we finance training and education programs, etc.

We promote professional development by generating profits, paying salaries and benefits that exceed what is stipulated by law. We promote education and training processes for our employees as a key element in generating added value, both to strengthen their work in the company and to promote their personal development.

At Magic Flavors we promote harmonious coexistence in a diverse and equitable environment and we reject discrimination. We create unique flavors promoting food safety, the production of healthy food and accessible to all audiences.

Our management system, whose principles are quality and safety, responds to that need we feel to protect consumers.
This effort has led us to replace some raw materials (e.g. monosodium glutamate) in our formulas. This process of protection of the consumer, and of our clients, is based on high investments in research and training of our collaborators.

02

Governance and transparency

Our values and organizational principles lead us to act ethically in our commercial transactions, as well as in the other actions in which our company is involved. We adopt a policy of transparency about our work, and a zero corruption policy, evidenced and promulgated through our Code of Ethics.

Our ethical principles are reflected in the processes of selection, qualification, and monitoring of suppliers, promoting the responsibility and long-term sustainability of the company.

03

Environment

We adopt good environmental practices that follow local and national regulations, as well as internationally validated indicators. In the medium and long term, we will become a company with zero environmental impact.
