We have a quality management system that places our production processes under the magnifying glass of rigorous indicators, in order to verify our actions and the quality of the products we generate.

Through our quality control department, as a conjunction of tools, actions and mechanisms, we detect the presence of errors. Errors This allows the search for solutions and continuous improvement of the entire company.

Responsible use
raw material

The responsible use of raw materials applies, from the moment of the design and development of the products, until the purchase and use of the same. All raw materials and supplies are evaluated in light of the most rigorous international regulations, for example the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as from the analysis of rigorous scientific publications specialized in the field of flavoring.
The well-being of our employees, and final consumers, are our priority From this principle, we began to reduce the use of diacetyl in our formulas, in order to protect our equipment. In the same way, we have adopted the responsible use of monosodium glutamate eliminating, or reducing its presence in the formulas used, in amounts radically lower than those allowed in food.

The search for raw materials that promote well-being has led us to increase the use of raw materials of natural origin. Today we have approximately 30% raw materials of natural origin whose composition assures us sustainable development of the environment.

Our plant

The infrastructure of our company meets all the requirements established for a plant with safety certification. Cleaning and maintenance plans have been established to protect production and keep all available resources in perfect condition. The equipment complies with the sanitary requirements for food plants and the utensils used are in a management plan for glass materials, brittle hard plastic and sharp short material, in such a way that protocols have been established to determine risk points and actions mitigation, in order to guarantee safety.

We must build trust, and for this reason we adopt a consumer health protection policy. Our goal is to study scientific publications that give us indications about the possible harmful effects of certain raw materials, to generate alternative solutions (replacement of the harmful matter with one that generates well-being or less impact, etc.
We believe that trust is also generated by working with transparency: our formulas are accompanied by clean labels, clear in terms of information about our products.
